Kiteleon Mediation Services provides professional, compassionate, experienced dispute resolution services to commercial organizations and individuals. We have a streamined operation to ensure that you receive the best possible service.

We offer a £100 per party per session discount to organizations who use us regularly. This discount is offered to all parties in a mediation and does not impact our impartiality. We fully disclose any such arrangements as mediation is convened.

We use the following forms and documents in our practise:

• Book a courtesy consultation
• Acknowledgement of Mediation Procedure and Terms (to be signed by all mediation participants)
• Observer/Adviser Agreement (signed by all third party attendees)
• Intake forms (Civil/Commercial, Workplace/Employment, Probate)
• Memorandum of Understanding Template
