Resolving business and commercial disputes through mediation offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to litigation. Our professional mediation services help parties find common ground and develop mutually beneficial solutions. We understand that each dispute has its unique complexities, which is why we provide structured mediation sessions tailored to address specific business, contractual, or probate issues. Our expert mediators facilitate productive dialogue and guide you toward reaching comprehensive agreements.
Our Mediation Services Include:
A fixed fee for mediation sessions of up to 4 hours. We recommend a minimum of one session for primary dispute resolution and an additional session if multiple complex issues need to be addressed.
- Comprehensive support throughout, including:
- Preliminary consultations
- Ongoing communication during the process
- Administrative documentation
- Follow-up assistance to ensure all parties execute necessary agreements and documentation
Here’s a breakdown of our fees:

Discounts
Don’t let financial concerns prevent you from seeking the support you need during this important transition.
Special Discount: if you fill out our Mediation Intake form and immediately book a call with us (or the other way round) we will give each party a £100 discount on our services.
Low-Income: As a public service we occasionally offer low-cost mediation on a sliding scale to certain individuals (< £40,000 PA) and businesses (<£150,000 PA or < 50 employees). We also offer discounts to not-for-profit organizations.
Military: We offer a flat 20% discount to active-service military members. We offer this discount to all parties involved in the mediation.
To Apply for a Discount: Contact our office to tell us about your situation. We’ll work with you to determine your eligibility and ensure you have access to the mediation services you need. All inquiries about fee assistance are handled confidentially and with respect.
